At an attended cremation, the norm is that we will bring your loved one in a casket to the church, chapel or venue. The casket will be present during the sermon or memorial service.
Depending on the church, chapel or venue the family can request that the casket be opened before, during or after the sermon or memorial service for the last viewing of the loved one to take place.
After the sermon or memorial service, we will take the deceased, in the chosen casket, to the crematorium. This could be immediately or as per an arrangement at a given date or time. After the cremation takes place, the remains of the loved one will be given to the family in an ash box or urn.
Utmost care is taken during the cremation process. Strict laws are in place to ensure the family will only get the remains of their loved one.
Mosaic Funeral Group strive to deliver the most respectful, professional and innovative service to people of any religion, culture or tradition.
